Whenever you log in to your favourite mobile recharge site to recharge your mobile online, you see some fixed amount given there which you can select to recharge. Now this is fine until you need to top up with some special figure which is not present on the website. For example in Airtel you can recharge your mobile with Rs.4 to get low call rates for 30 days and this Rs.4 recharge is not available on Airtel site! Similarly there are many other packs which were launched in past that people may still need but are not in recharge amount list.
So now here’s the solution, dump all the recharge sites and head to your good old bank website and you will find link to recharge your mobile. Almost all banks these days offer this facility. If you are a SBI customer, go to Online SBI website and click Mobile/DTH recharge tab. For HDFC and Axis there is a link on homepage somewhere in middle which says recharge your mobile. Good thing about these banks offered recharge facility is that they allow you to recharge mobile and DTH with any amount you enter. You can pay using your ATM/Debit card or Internet banking.
